The first project dropped back in 2016, establishing the rapper's position in the industry from Chicago rapper to worldwide favorite. The mixtape which dropped under Machine Entertainment Group , is a 12-song body of work serving as a tribute to his day one fans. The mixtape's gritty raw feel is not only a remembrance of the rapper's Lil Herb days, but also displays his progress in healing and maturity as a 27-year-old man. Herb, who is no stranger to vulnerability in his music, takes you on a journey with songs like "Dead or Alive" "We Don't Care "and "Letter to My Love" an ode to his fiancé in which he raps about his difficulties with displaying love, being addicted to drugs and mourning the loss of his brother.
